Orders are processed within approximately 72 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimated and calculated from the first business day following shipment, and may vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs and delivery timeframes may vary depending on the delivery location, as well as the volume and weight of the items.
For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout and may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Deliveries are carried out by third-party carriers. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, the customer must refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
We are not responsible for delays caused by strikes, customs procedures, or disruptions in postal or courier services.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, and any other related fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to inform customers of any delays.
