V – ORDERS AND PRICING

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including after confirmation or payment.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, any payment will be refunded.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information for all purchases.

VI – PRODUCTS AND PRICES

All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

Some items may be available in limited quantities.

We do not guarantee that products will meet individual expectations.

VII – EXCHANGES, RETURNS & SHIPPING

Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return by email at info@barillarimilano.com, including the order number.

Orders placed online are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days, including those collected in store.

In-store purchases are final and not eligible for refunds. We offer exchanges within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in their original condition, as received, with all tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, use, washing, or missing tags may be refused. Items altered by the customer (including tailoring) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must be shipped within 7 calendar days from our confirmation email, which includes return instructions and shipping details. Items sent without prior authorization may be returned to the customer.

If the requested item is unavailable, customers may exchange it for another item available on the site, of equal value.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error on our side.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected at our address. From that date, please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to be completed. Refunds to credit cards are subject to the timelines of the issuing bank.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, a refund will be issued after verification.

Some products may present slight variations in details, shape, or size.

VIII – SHIPPING

Orders are processed within approximately 72 hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, logistics, customs procedures, and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, as well as the volume and weight of the items.

For international orders, import duties and taxes are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout and may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Deliveries are carried out by third-party carriers. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, the customer must refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid import duties or taxes, any return shipping costs, customs charges, and any other related fees incurred will be deducted from the customer's refund.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed of any significant shipping delays.

IX – PRIVACY

We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and relevant communications.

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting us.
